How it works:
Property owners voluntarily apply to have a qualifying structure demolished.
The City covers demolition and debris removal when approved.
The structure must meet program criteria (typically unsafe, uninhabitable, or beyond reasonable repair).
After demolition, the lot is cleared and leveled, improving safety and neighborhood appearance.
