✔ Residential or commercial properties

✔ Sidewalk must be in the public right-of-way

✔ Application must be approved before work begins✔ No income qualifications

✖ No brick, pavers, stairs, or retaining walls

✖ No driveway aprons
✖ No sidewalks on private property

• Work must address existing tripping hazards

• All work must be permitted and code-compliant• No warranty on future concrete cracking
• City may refuse tree removal

• Program closes once funding is exhausted
