We communicate bill due dates by mail. The initial bill provides the due date, and a pre-termination notice serves as a reminder if the bill is not paid on time. We understand the comfort of having bills paid on time. Since our office can be very busy at times, it is not feasible for our staff to make follow up phone calls. Mail is the best way to ensure that you receive written confirmation of the due date.
