Does the city still have a spring / fall clean-up and free access to the landfill? If not then why?
The city has gone to having only a spring clean-up and free access because we now have a clean-up program. The city offers clean-up dumpsters, per residence within the city limits, twice per calendar year. These dumpsters are scheduled through the landfill office and can be set for a maximum of two days at a time. (They are delivered in the afternoon, emptied the next day, and hauled away the following day. That equals to two full days.) Residents are able to dispose of most common waste with the exception of no construction or demolition materials, paint, tires, grass clippings, and leaves.
