2. How do I sign up if I don't have Internet access?: There is public internet access at the library and free Wi-Fi in the parks.
Those without Internet access may call the Neosho County Emergency Management Office (620-244-3874), Monday through Friday, (8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) to give their information over the phone. Required information includes first and last name, street address (physical address, no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, and primary phone number, additional phone numbers (optional).
