The Mission
The
mission of the Chanute Fire Department is, through pride, dedication, and
courage, prevent and minimize injury and loss of life or property from fire or
emergencies that may occur within our
jurisdictional boundaries. This mission will be accomplished by prevention,
control, training, and public education. We commit ourselves to efficiently
utilizing all of the resources provided to us by the citizens of Chanute.
Vision Statement
We, as members of the Chanute
Fire Department are dedicated to the saving of life and property by the use of
all of our God given talents, team work, and courage. It is also our hope to
give each and every citizen the day to day security that he or she expects.
